Why simREF?

Many sim pilots use static PDFs, scattered notes or screenshots as a QRH replacement. simREF focuses everything into one clear, structured app – tuned for how you really fly.

One place for everything

One place for everything

Normal checklists, abnormal procedures, MEL items and OPS references in one consistent interface – instead of switching between multiple PDFs and apps.

Built around A320 flows

Built around A320 flows

simREF follows the logic of an A320 crew: from preflight to shutdown, and from ECAM actions to follow-up procedures.

Fast during busy moments

Fast during busy moments

Clear structure, bookmarks and linked references keep you from scrolling endlessly when workload is already high.

Made for simulation

Made for simulation

No certification claims, no real-world use case – just an honest, focused tool for desktop flight simulation.

Features.

simREF is designed to reduce workload and keep your focus where it belongs — on flying the aircraft.

Normal & Abnormal Procedures

Phase-based normal checklists and ECAM-driven abnormal procedures in one consistent system.

Bookmarks & fast recall

Save long or complex procedures and jump back to them instantly when workload is high.

Linked MEL & OPS references

Cross-referenced content replaces manual searching through PDFs and external documents.

Operator-style profiles

Baseline and airline-style profiles let simREF adapt to how you actually fly.

Built around real sim workflows.

simREF is not just a list of pages. It is designed to follow your typical online flight, from planning to shutdown.

Before the flight

  • Check MEL restrictions before dispatch
  • Review relevant OPS notes
  • Prepare for non-standard situations

During normal operations

  • Normal checklists by phase of flight
  • Simple, repeatable flow
  • Clear overview of where you are

When things get abnormal

  • Quick access to ABN procedures
  • Bookmarks for long or complex items
  • Linked references instead of manual searching

After landing

  • Shutdown and secure checklists
  • Easy review of what was used
  • Consistent routine for every flight

Operator-specific profiles.

Every operator does things slightly differently. simREF lets you tailor checklists and behaviour to your virtual airline or favourite real-world carrier.
